The participants in the meeting laid bouquets before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in Hamhung City and paid tribute.

Present there were the captain and crewmen of the Sierra Leone-flagged ship "Chun Yang 8".

Speakers said that Kim Jong Un's assumption of supreme commandership of the KPA was honor and happiness of the progressives including the Korean people.

Kim Jong Un loves the arms from his early years and he was always together with Kim Jong Il on the road of Songun revolution, wisely leading the armed forces of the DPRK and performing immortal exploits in the Juche-oriented cause of army-building, they said, adding:

World people admire talented military wisdom, unique commanding art and matchless guts of Kim Jong Un. The Korean People's Army led by Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un, peerless and brilliant commander of Songun, is the invincible revolutionary army.

They expressed conviction that the heroic KPA and people of the DPRK would achieve a final victory in building a thriving socialist nation and accomplishing the cause of national reunification united in single mind around Kim Jong Un, true to the behests of Kim Jong Il.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
