Performance Given by KPA Song and Dance Ensemble
Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- The Korean People's Army Song and Dance Ensemble gave a performance "Let's Support General Kim Jong Un with Arms" at the April 25 House of Culture on Monday to celebrate the second anniversary of his assumption of supreme commandership of the KPA.

Among the audience were senior party and state officials including Kim Yong Nam and Pak Pong Ju, the chairperson of a friendly party, officials of the party, armed forces and power bodies, working people's organizations, the Cabinet, ministries and national institutions, servicepersons of the KPA and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces and Pyongyangites and participants in the meeting of activists in fisheries of the KPA.

Present there on invitation were the chief of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front, overseas Koreans staying here, foreign diplomatic envoys and representatives of international bodies and military attaches and their wives here and other foreign guests.

Put on the stage were colorful pieces including the overture "Let's Support Our Supreme Commander with Arms", mixed quartet and chorus "Our Dear Supreme Commander" and male tenor quartet "Do Prosper, Era of the Workers' Party".

The performers extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un successfully carrying forward the Songun revolutionary cause of Juche started on Mt. Paektu and enthusiastically sang of the great excitement and joy of the service personnel and people of the DPRK blessed with the illustrious leaders and supreme commanders generation after generation.

Mixed duet and chorus "Party's Flag, Always Together with You" impressively represented the strong will of the service personnel to be a dependable scout party and strong pillars for the Songun revolution.

Female solo "Ardent Desire" reflecting the unanimous desire of all service personnel and people of the DPRK to uphold Kim Jong Un, the great sun of Songun, mesmerized the audience.
