Victims of Fascist Law on Steady Increase in S. Korea

Pyongyang, January 2 (KCNA) -- It was disclosed by the south Korean Supreme Court on Dec. 31 that the number of those indicted for violation of the "Security Law", a fascist law, increased in south Korea throughout 2013.

According to the authorities of the court, the number of people charged with violation of the law as of Dec. 23 quadrupled that in 2009.

This is all time high since 2003.

Irony is that more people who had fallen victim to the law were declared not guilty than in the past though the number of violators of the law is on the increase.

Legal circles are becoming increasingly critical that this is attributable to the puppet regime's excessive invocation of the law and abuse of its right to arraignment.
