Kim Jong Suk's Noble Life Praised by Russian Paper

| Pyongyang, January 2 (KCNA) -- The 47th issue of the Russian paper Patriot allotted two whole pages to an article titled "Kim Jong Suk's whole life always shines as an epic on deep love" illustrated with a photo of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk and a photo of her on the occasion of her 96th birth anniversary. The paper said that Kim Jong Suk's life was not long but it is deeply impressing the people as an epic on her boundless self-sacrificing spirit and profound comradeship. It went on: Kim Jong Suk was a soldier infinitely loyal to Kim Il Sung and the great mother of Korea. She most courageously struggled for Kim Il Sung's personal safety. More than one time she became herself a shield and protected Kim Il Sung at the risk of her life. It was her greatest feat that she gave birth to Kim Jong Il and brought him up as a brilliant future leader of the DPRK. Her august name is always shining with the DPRK. |
