The sovereignty of the Korean nation is trampled down by the U.S. military occupation of south Korea and national partition thereof.

The Korean nation suffers huge damage as its sovereignty is not established in whole land of Korea.

Originally Korea has rich potentials for building a prosperous and powerful country in view of its territory, population and natural resources.

But, national separation prevents Koreans from using in a unified way the potential of the nation for prosperity.

It is shame that the natural resources of the country are being used for escalating confrontation and war, not for development of the nation.

Only when the nation is reunified will it be possible to put an end to this tragedy.

Success or failure of national reunification depends on the united struggle of Koreans in the north and the south and overseas.

All Koreans should make positive contributions to the cause of national reunification wherever they may be and what kind of work they may do.

Steadfast is the will of Koreans to open up a fresh phase for independent reunification, peace and prosperity of the country under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, true to the last instructions of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on national reunification.
