Otete Gaston Mboyo, deputy general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Democratic Congo and chairman of the DR Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association, said that the New Year Address reflects the unshakable will of Kim Jong Un to hold President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in high esteem as the eternal sun of Korea and build the best country, a thriving socialist nation on the land of the DPRK in line with their idea and desire.

He stressed that the New Year Address helped people know better about the high political caliber of Kim Jong Un and harden the conviction that the DPRK will advance along the road of socialism chosen by itself to the last as a guardian of global peace.

The chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of DR Congo noted that the New Year Address of Kim Jong Un which calls for bringing about miracles and innovations in all fabrics of society under the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism instills confidence in victory and optimism into all Korean people.

The chairman stressed that prosperity of the Korean nation is guaranteed when the New Year Address is thoroughly carried out.
