The Chinese Dandong Daily, Bangladeshi papers Bangla Times and Blits, Indian paper Indian and World Event, Pakistani paper Baluchistan Times, Myanmar News, Libyan paper February, Zambian paper Post and websites of the Brazilian Committee for Remembering Leader Kim Jong Il and the Romanian Workers' Association carried the full text or gist of the New Year Address under the titles such as "Leader Kim Jong Un set forth tasks for 2014".
