The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea on Jan. 1 positively supported his New Year Address, expressing conviction that the Korean people would raise a fierce wind of making a fresh leap forward on all fronts of building a thriving nation filled with confidence in victory.

The Thailand-Korea Friendship Association on the same day noted that Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address provided the Korean people and progressive mankind with a great banner instilling far-reaching ambition and firm conviction into them.

Sincerely wishing him good health, the association hoped that the Korean people would register bigger successes in their efforts for stepping up economic construction and accomplishing the cause of national reunification this year.

The Italian Branch of the Korean Friendship Association said on Jan. 5 that this year marks the 20th anniversary of President Kim Il Sung's last signature on a historic document concerning the country's reunification, expressing firm support for the President's idea on national reunification and the Korean people's struggle for it.
