At recent negotiations for the conclusion of a special agreement on sharing the expenses for the upkeep of the U.S. forces, the authorities agreed with the U.S. to increase the expenses by 5.8 percent over the last year, the statement said, adding:

At the negotiations south Korea allowed the illegal diversion of the expenses to the transfer of the base of the U.S. second division and set the term of concluding the agreement as five years, an indication of open surrender and a humiliating act of drawing on resources for the U.S.

The "government" cited U.S. budgetary shortage as a pretext but it is intolerable humiliation to allow the U.S. to replenish its budget shortage caused by economic downturn and consecutive wars of invasion with the taxes collected from south Koreans.

The Park Geun Hye regime is drawing on resources for the U.S. at will while curtailing all sorts of budgets for the people's welfare under the pretext of financial shortfall. This is little short of admitting itself its sycophantic nature.

The statement urged the "government" authorities to totally nullify the humiliating agreement and hold renegotiations.
