The organization said that nuclear submarines of the U.S. imperialists are always deployed around the Korean Peninsula and ceaseless military drills targeting the north are being staged.

Voices threatening the north are heard from among U.S. authorities every day, it said. It is the U.S. intention to swallow up the north by force of arms.

The U.S. made the danger of war persist on the Korean Peninsula last year and is now seeking to keep it this year, too, it noted.

It called upon broad segments of people to make positive efforts to achieve independence and peaceful reunification and get a peace agreement signed.
