The commentary accused the authorities of agreeing to increase south Korea's share of upkeep of U.S. forces in south Korea 5.8 percent over that last year at the negotiations held for concluding a special agreement on sharing the upkeep of U.S. forces.

It is unpardonable that the authorities decided to boost such share again despite the fact that the amount of the money illegally accumulated by the U.S. forces out of the above-said upkeep reached more than a trillion won.

They cited the U.S. cutdown of its defense spending as a reason for increasing the share of the upkeep, the commentary noted, adding this is a humiliating act of yielding to the outside forces' unreasonable demand for shifting the responsibility for the economic crisis and the policy failure caused by the war of aggression on to south Korea.

The commentary declared that the organization would conduct positive activities to let the people know better about the injustice of the negotiations and pressurize the "National Assembly" to refuse to ratify such humiliating agreement.
