It will bring together armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, overseas compatriots bodies including the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, people from all walks of life, school youth and children and foreign friends.

There will take place similar Kimjongilia shows and visits to Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia greenhouses in local areas.

The festival will become a flower festival overflowing with the boundless reverence of service personnel and people of the DPRK and progressive mankind for Kim Jong Il, a peerless patriot and tender-hearted father of the people who devoted his all to the country, revolution and people, and representing their will to hold him in high esteem for all ages.
