This year marks the 20th anniversary of the date when Kim Il Sung wrote his last signature on a historic document related to national reunification.

We have supported the foreign policy of the DPRK which has made positive efforts to boost the friendly and cooperative relations with all the countries that are friendly to it and safeguard global peace and security and promote the common prosperity of mankind, and will continue to do so.

We wholeheartedly wish the Korean people fresh successes in their drive for building socialism under the unfurled banner of Songun.
