The "government" issued an order that universities should strive by themselves, the organization said, adding that the "government" should work out a concrete plan to implement the commitment to the registration fee.

The organization warned that it would turn out in the anti-"government" struggle, if the issue of halving the registration fee is included in the list of many commitments on which Park negated.
