Present there were Kim Jin Bom, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the DPRK-China Friendship Association, Hong Kwang Ung, vice-chairman of the Pyongyang City People's Committee, officials concerned and agricultural workers of the farm, and Liu Hongcai, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy and members of the Jilin Provincial Song and Dance Ensemble of China.

The participants laid bouquets before the monument to the on-the-spot instructions of President Kim Il Sung and made bows.

They were briefed on the fact that Thaekam turned into a socialist modern village under the care of the peerlessly great persons.

Liu Hongcai said at the meeting that China would make joint efforts to achieve good successes in various fields in the new year, too.

Kim Jin Bom sincerely wished the Chinese people great successes in the efforts for translating into a reality the "dream of China" for great prosperity of the Chinese nation.

Then, an art performance was given by the members of the art group of the farm and the Jilin Provincial Song and Dance Ensemble.

The performance began with an exciting peasant dance of farmers and a Chinese folk dance, vividly representing the feelings of friendship between the peoples of the two countries.

The participants saw the works created by Chinese handicraft experts and shared traditional Lunar New Year's food of the two countries.

An aid certificate was conveyed to the farm in the name of the Chinese embassy.
