The event, divided into groups of senior secondary schools, junior secondary schools and primary schools, brought together more than 300 schoolchildren selected in various areas.

The winners are boys and girls of Chonggye Senior Secondary School in Rajin area of Rason City, boys of Yokjon Junior Secondary School and girls of Rajin Junior Secondary School in the same area, boys of Taesong Primary School in Sariwon City, North Hwanghae Province, and girls of Hungdok Primary School in Hamhung City, South Hamgyong Province.
