The Nigeria-Korea Friendship Association said:

The NDC of the DPRK made a proposal to the south Korean authorities to completely halt acts of provoking and slandering each other and all military hostile acts against the other side and take realistic measures for preventing nuclear disasters.

To improve the north-south relations in keeping with the aspiration of the era and the desire of the whole Korean nation is the essential requirement for ensuring peace on the Korean Peninsula and achieving independent reunification, peace and prosperity.

We are firmly convinced that the Korean people will open a fresh phase of independent reunification, peace and prosperity this year by the concerted efforts of the nation by carrying out the crucial proposal.

The Paektusan Czech－Korean Friendship Association expressed belief that the world peace-loving people will positively support the crucial proposal of the NDC of the DPRK, saying that the proposal is the only just one to achieve national reconciliation and durable peace on the Korean Peninsula.
