It is unreasonable and indiscreet for the one side not to take sincere approach but mistrust the other side which is making sincere efforts to solve the issue.

The authorities in the north and the south are responsible for the grave situation prevailing in the relations between them. The nation is killing time through mud-slinging and reckless military showdown which bring nothing good. The Korean nation really suffers big from division and wastes away precious time by escalating confrontation.

Through its crucial proposal and open letter, the DPRK showed its strong desire, magnanimity and greatest sincerity for the improved inter-Korean ties, peace and prosperity common to the nation.

The prospect of the north-south ties depends on the attitude of the south Korean authorities.

Unshakable is the stand of the army and people of the DPRK to improve the inter-Korean relations and achieve independent reunification, peace and prosperity by the concerted efforts of Koreans.
