Officials of the party, armed forces and power organs, social organizations, ministries and national institutions, service personnel of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces, officials in the fields of science, education, literature and arts, public health and media, bereaved families of the revolutionary martyrs and other people, including school youth and children, visited the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill and paid tribute to them in the humblest reverence.

Seen standing before the statues was a floral basket sent by Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army.

Also placed before them were floral baskets in the name of party, armed forces and power organs, social organizations, ministries, national institutions and organs, industrial establishments and schools of different levels here.

The visitors paid tribute to the statues, recollecting the undying exploits Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il performed on behalf of the country, the nation, the era and history through their ideological and theoretical activities and great revolutionary practice and by providing an eternal foundation for the prosperity of the socialist homeland.

Service personnel and people also paid floral tribute to the statues and portraits of smiling Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in Kim Il Sung University, Ministry of People Armed Forces, Mansudae Art Studio and various other units. They renewed their resolution to always hold Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in high esteem as the sun of Juche.

People in Wonsan, Kanggye, Hamhung and other provincial seats visited the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and portraits depicting their beaming images and paid tribute to them in the humblest reverence.
