In the present period what is important in opening a wide avenue for improving the north-south relations is to stop all hostile military acts, the biggest hurdle lying in the way of removing distrust and confrontation.

The south Korean authorities should halt drills for a war of aggression they are going to stage with outside forces against the DPRK.
