Crucial Proposal of NDC of DPRK Supported by Organizations of Finland, Ukraine
Pyongyang, February 2 (KCNA) -- Organizations of Finland and Ukraine expressed support to the crucial proposal of the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK.

The Finland-Korea Society and the Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea said in a joint statement on Jan. 26:

The NDC proposed to halt slandering and military hostile acts against the other side and take a realistic step for preventing nuclear disaster.

The proposal is of great significance and proves once again the sincere efforts of the DPRK to achieve peace and stability on the Korean peninsula.

We fully support the crucial proposal of the NDC of the DPRK.

It is our invariable stand that all hostile acts should be stopped on the Korean peninsula.

We extend firm solidarity to the Korean people in their struggle to oppose imperialism and prevent a war.

The Crimean Association for the Study of the Juche Idea of Ukraine stated on Jan. 23:

We express full support and approval of the peaceful initiatives advanced by the supreme leader of the DPRK to defuse the tensions on the Korean peninsula and in the region and, furthermore, realize the national reunification.

We condemn foreign forces' act of making the north-south relations destabilized and fanning up the division of the Korean nation.

We support the DPRK's call on taking practical measures to halt all military hostile acts against the other party.

We hold that the crucial proposal sent by the NDC of the DPRK to the south Korean authorities is the only right proposal for mending the north-south relations and achieving the peace on the Korean peninsula.
