The Islamic Coalition Party of Iran said:

The crucial proposal of the NDC of the DPRK reflects the will and desire of the Korean nation hoping for independent reunification, peace and prosperity.

In order to improve the inter-Korean relations and prevent nuclear disaster on the Korean peninsula as clarified by the DPRK, it is necessary to take practical measures for completely stopping all hostile acts against the other side.

We demand the south Korean authorities respond to the crucial proposal of the DPRK as early as possible.

The Finnish Communists' League stated:

The situation on the Korean peninsula and in the rest of Northeast Asia is still tense owing to the U.S. imperialists' moves for aggression against the DPRK.

The crucial proposal clearly shows once again that the DPRK is making sincere efforts for peace and stability of the peninsula and in the rest of Northeast Asia.

All hostile acts should be stopped on the peninsula and dialogue for achieving the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea should start.
