The reporters and speakers said Kim Jong Un clearly indicated a long-term strategy of the Korean revolution for advancing straight along the road of independence, Songun and socialism under the uplifted great banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and has performed undying exploits for developing the DPRK.

It is the true picture of the DPRK that all the service personnel and people uphold Kim Jong Un as the unitary center of unity and leadership and have built an invulnerable fortress, united close around him on the basis of the monolithic ideology, faith and revolutionary comradeship, going arms in arms and shoulder to shoulder with him, they said, and went on:

The army and people of the DPRK have keenly realized through their life experience that a rosy future of Songun Korea and victory of the cause of building a thriving socialist nation are in store only when they follow Kim Jong Un endowed with outstanding ideas and theories, distinguished leadership art and noble traits.

The reporters at the meetings courteously proposed nominating Kim Jong Un as a candidate for deputy to the 13th SPA reflecting the unanimous desire and ardent wishes of all the service personnel and people. The speakers and electors expressed full support and approval of the proposal.

The meetings solemnly declared that Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, was nominated as a candidate for deputy to the SPA of the relevant constituencies for the election of deputies to the 13th SPA by the unanimous desire and full support and approval of all electors.

Letters to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the meetings.
