The speakers at the meeting accused the prosecution of demanding 20 years in prison for Ri Sok Gi, member of the "National Assembly", and heavy penalties for others related to the UPP case.

The course of hearing disclosed that the recorded lecture which the Intelligence Service produced as convincing evidence was fabricated and testimonies made by witnesses of hearing at the attempted rebellion were tailored to serve its purpose.
