The Iranian newspaper Iran News allotted one whole page to an article titled "Declaration of history" and others illustrated with photos documenting revolutionary activities of Kim Jong Il.

The paper in its article titled "Exploits performed by leader Kim Jong Il in socialist cause" said:

It is the greatest exploit performed by Kim Jong Il that he firmly defended the socialist cause.

He defended Korean-style socialism, smashing the imperialist allied forces' moves to stifle it by enforcing the Songun politics.

The Cambodian newspaper Kmae Amata carried an article titled "Eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission" illustrated with a photo of smiling Kim Jong Il.

The paper noted that Kim Jong Il established the state machinery with the NDC as its pivot and provided a firm legal guarantee for the Songun politics, laying a groundwork for the DPRK's eternal prosperity.

He consolidated the politico-ideological position of the country as firm as a rock and provided a reliable foundation for building a thriving nation.

The Ethiopian newspaper Reporter carried an article titled "Immortal exploits performed in the global cause of independence" illustrated with a photo of smiling Kim Jong Il.

The paper recalled that Kim Jong Il led the global cause of independence to victory through his outstanding ideological and theoretical activities and energetic leadership, adding he would be always alive in the hearts of progressive humankind.
