The editorial says:

It is the unshakable will of Kim Jong Un to glorify for all ages the exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in rural construction, regarding the theses on the socialist rural question as a great banner for rural construction in the new century of Juche, too.

When all officials and working people in the field of agriculture take his letter calling for making innovations in agricultural production as important guidelines under the uplifted banner of the theses, all rural areas across the country will translate the lifetime desires of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il into brilliant realities.

It is the firm determination of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) to do farming well and thus fulfill the grain production plan without fail this significant year marking the 50th anniversary of the theses and attain higher grain production goal and making fresh changes in all fields of rural economy from 2015 marking the 70th anniversary of the WPK.

Only when all subworkteam leaders, officials and working people in the field of agriculture thoroughly implement the important tasks laid down in Kim Jong Un's letter, is it possible to make leap forward and innovations in agricultural production this year when a heyday will be greeted by Songun Korea.

The final victory of the Korean revolution will come earlier only when the country attains self-sufficiency in food by doing farming well and brings about steady leap forward and innovations in all its parts by putting spurs to the building of an economic power.
