The festival preparations are gaining momentum with the army and people's yearning and reverence for leader Kim Jong Il growing stronger.

Efforts were made to decorate the interior of the festival venue in a peculiar style under a general blueprint. Photographs showing Kim Jong Il's undying feats are to be displayed on stands.

The festival will show the steadfast will of the Korean army and people to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche, rallied closer around supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

All its participating units are now working hard to decorate their stands wonderfully in ideological, artistic and formative aspects while paying deep attention to the scientific and technical cultivation of immortal flowers.

Meanwhile, festival posters were produced and diplomas prepared for excellent units and individuals.

The festival will bring together 80-odd units, including military organs, ministries and national institutions, the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and other overseas compatriots organizations, as well as citizens of different social strata and foreigners.
