Kim Jong Il was an outstanding thinker and theoretician, great statesman, peerlessly brilliant commander of Songun and benevolent father of people, who made undying contributions to the human cause of independence.

He dedicated his whole life to leading the Korean revolution pioneered by President Kim Il Sung, an iron-willed commander and legendary hero, to victory and glory.

One of the greatest exploits performed by him is that he formulated the revolutionary idea of Kim Il Sung as an integrated system of idea, theory and method of Juche and turned the DPRK into a political, ideological and military power.

Although he passed away, the exploits performed by him on behalf of the era and history will shine for all ages.

The chief designer of an Ethiopian metal and machinery company noted:

Kim Jong Il's birth marked a historic event that promised the bright future of Korea.

He devoted his all to carrying forward the revolutionary cause of Kim Il Sung, regarding it as his life-time mission.

The general director of the Malaysian Y.S.P. Industries Co. Ltd. praised Kim Jong Il as a prominent statesman with extraordinary wisdom and outstanding leadership ability.
