The statement fully supported the statement issued by the spokesman for the Political Department of the DPRK National Defence Commission on Feb. 6.

The south Korean authorities should take a responsible attitude for the nation to solve the issues for peace and prosperity common to the north and the south, keeping pace with initiative steps put forward by the DPRK, far from doing harm to the compatriots while foolishly insisting on the "theory of maintaining principle", the statement said, adding:

Dialogue and war drills for aggression, and reconciliation and confrontation can never go down each other.

The Koreans in China warn the south Korean authorities to put an end to such racket for confrontation as answering the warm sincerity of compatriots with evil words and deeds and responding the proposal for reconciliation with hostile war drills and nuclear blackmail.

We expressed belief that south Korean politicians and those aspiring after peace and reunification would give full play to the efforts of the people until the south Korean chief executive behaves properly.

The Koreans in China will more dynamically turn out in the drive to pave a wide avenue for improving the inter-Korean relations by concerted efforts of the Korean nation.
