The speakers at the meeting said Kim Jong Il performed unprecedentedly great exploits in all fields including politics, military, economy and culture for a long period of leading the revolution and construction.

He is still greatly lauded and deeply respected by all peoples for developing the friendly and cooperative relations with various countries through his energetic external activities and making undying contributions to protecting peace and security in Northeast Asia and the rest of the world, they said.

They expressed conviction that a rosy future would always be in store for the Korean people and proud successes would be made in their efforts for building a thriving nation and achieving national reunification thanks to the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
