The festival will be held, divided into the political, economic, art and sports festivals.

Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, in his report called upon all school youth and children to take part in the festival with patriotism and loyalty so as to give full play to the might of a reconnoitering party and children's guard always advancing straight and dynamically following the party.

Then followed speeches.

The speakers called on school youth and children to deeply grasp the undying revolutionary feats of the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu and the greatness of Marshal Kim Jong Un, and to thoroughly establish the monolithic leadership system of the party in the whole of the youth league.

They said that all the school youth and children will learn hard and actively conduct socio-political, art and sports activities with the ambition and ideal to glorify the dignity of the country.
