Heavy Snowfall Hits East Coastal Area of S. Korea

| Pyongyang, February 14 (KCNA) -- Heavy snow fell in the east coastal area of south Korea, causing damage, according to south Korean KBS on Wednesday. Snow registered 194 cm to the maximum, causing deaths in Ulsan. Facilities attached to schools and factories collapsed and farmhouses were heavily damaged in south Korean Kangwon Province and North Kyongsang Province. Roads were blocked in several places and passenger plane service hindered. |
