It was attended by members of the Maritime Territorial Committee of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation and people from all walks of life in Vladivostok.

The participants vehemently denounced the U.S. for harassing peace and security in Northeast Asian including the Korean peninsula and other parts in the world by staging provocative war drills, holding flags of the DPRK and the former Soviet Union.

They expressed deep concern over the fact that the sphere of the joint military drills to be staged by the U.S. and south Korean authorities would cover the Maritime Territory of Russia, adding that in case a military conflict occurs in the peninsula, it would also bring a disaster to the territory.

Tearing up a U.S. flag and shouting slogans calling for peace against war, they strongly demanded the U.S. cancel its projected war drills at once.
