The struggle to bring about a fresh heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan, true to his behests, has now entered the new, higher stage as it is guided by you, another great man of Mt. Paektu.

You indicated the path and strategic goal of the movement of the Koreans in Japan which has entered a new phase and clarified tasks and ways for its attainment.

We will uphold Kim Jong Il as the eternal sun, true to your intention, and further strengthen Chongryon, which was organized and demonstrated victories under the leadership of the great men of Mt. Paektu, as a model organization of the overseas Koreans movement.
