The letter praised Kim Jong Il's life as the one of a great thinker, statesman and brilliant commander who performed the great exploits unprecedented in the history of the Korean nation and the history of world politics.

He regarded it as his lifelong mission to carry forward and accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered by President Kim Il Sung generation after generation, glorified the immortal Juche idea and Songun idea founded by Kim Il Sung as the guiding idea in the era of independence and provided the big flower garden of the most solid single-minded unity in the motherland, the letter said, and went on:

He glorified the DPRK as a power of Songun any formidable enemy dares not provoke while making forced march in the blizzards of winter and sweltering weather in simple jumper till the last moments of his life, and took the road of the warmest love and noble dedication for the country and people. His immortal career and exploits will shine forever along with the eternal history of Juche Korea.

Everything Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il planned and desired is now being translated into a brilliant reality under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un who is identical to them.

The officials of the General Association of Koreans in China and all other Koreans in China will devote everything to the patriotic work to further glorify the motherland, in hearty response to the tasks set forth by Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address, though they live abroad.
