Seen standing before their statues on Mansu Hill was a floral basket sent by Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army.

Laid before the statues were floral baskets in the name of the party, armed forces and power bodies, public organizations, ministries, national institutions, units of the KPA and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces, organs and enterprises at all levels, factories, farms, schools, etc. in Pyongyang and bouquets and flowers.
