Present at the ceremony were Choe Thae Bok, Yang Hyong Sop, Ro Tu Chol, and officials concerned and other people.

Also on hand were overseas Koreans, the chief of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front, foreign diplomatic envoys and representatives of international bodies here and foreign guests.

The prizes of the festival were awarded at the closing ceremony to players of Russia, Italy and the DPRK who displayed high skills in the festival at the closing ceremony.

Minister of Finance Choe Kwang Jin, chairman of the Figure Skating Association, made a closing address.

There were demonstration performances of figure skaters of foreign countries and the DPRK.
