Present there on invitation were Wang Jiarui, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference who doubles as head of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Liu Zhenmin, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Wu Donghe, chairman of the China-Korea Friendship Association, and other officials concerned.

Ambassador Ji Jae Ryong and staff members of the DPRK embassy were on hand.

The participants looked round the photos documenting the Songun leadership feats of Kim Jong Il and showing the true picture of Songun Korea, before watching Korean film "The Tower of the Juche Idea."
