At the meeting, Pak Kyong Ho said that on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star he looks back upon the brilliant revolutionary life of Kim Jong Il who performed immortal feats before the country and the nation.

Kim Jong Il is immortal in the hearts of the people for his outstanding idea, leadership ability and noble virtues, Pak said, adding:

The participants watched a DPRK film documenting the revolutionary activities of Kim Jong Il providing field guidance to the work of various fields of the national economy.

They watched a performance given by Korean artistes for celebrating the Day of the Shining Star on the same day.
