Kimjongilia Festival Draws Many Visitors
Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- The 18th Kimjongilia Festival held here is drawing many visitors.

According to Rim Yong Gum, an official of the Korea Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee, more than 270 000 people had visited the venue of the festival till February 18 with foreigners and overseas Koreans included.

All stands in the venue are bedecked with potted Kimjongilia flowers in full bloom, instilling visitors with profound reverence and ardent yearning for leader Kim Jong Il.

What catch one's eye are the stands of the General Bureau of Public Service, the Ministry of Light Industry and the Kyonghung Guidance Bureau, with flowers on display before a large-sized electronic display screening the edifices built in Pyongyang, including the Rungna Dolphinarium.

Pae Kyong Sil, living in Taedonggang District, told KCNA that the exhibits have evoked the feelings of ardent yearning for Kim Jong Il, who worked heart and soul for the wellbeing of the people all his life.

The Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports, the Ministry of State Construction Control and the Academy of Agricultural Science have displayed the potted flowers with decorative letters "Let us demonstrate the invincibility and mightiness of Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's Korea to the whole world!". Those flowers are witnessing the steadfast will of the Korean people to remain faithful to the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, who is carrying into practice Kim Jong Il's grandiose plan on building a thriving nation.
