Those from the north said that all the people in the north are leading a happy life as a great harmonious family under the care of supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

They talked about their worthwhile days of devoted services rendered for the prosperity of the country. They said not only themselves but also all their family members are making contributions to the building of a thriving socialist nation, always remembering the loving care shown by the benevolent country.

The Central Committee of the Red Cross Society of Korea hosted a reception for those families and relatives from the north and the south.

They bid farewell to their kith and kin from the south side on Saturday.

Feeling regretful at parting, they promised each other to make positive efforts to bring earlier the reunification of the country under the banner of By Our Nation Itself.

From Sunday separated families and relatives from the north side are expected to have a reunion with their kith and kin from the south side.
