Chairman of Hanchongryon Sentenced to Prison Terms

| Pyongyang, February 23 (KCNA) -- The Seoul Central District Court of south Korea sentenced Ryu Son Min, chairman of the 15th-term the south Korean Federation of University Student Councils (Hanchongryon), to one year and half of prison terms on charges of the violation of the "Security Law", according to Yonhap News of south Korea on Feb. 21. The court inflicted such penalties on him, claiming that he acted as a core representative in "organizations benefiting the enemy". |
