S. Korean Unionists Urge Regime to Stop Denationalization

| Pyongyang, February 24 (KCNA) -- The Government Employees' Union, the Teachers Union and the Public Transport Union of south Korea called a press conference in front of the "government" building in Seoul on Feb. 20 in demand of a halt to the denationalization of the public sectors, according to KBS of south Korea. At the press conference speakers denounced the authorities' establishment of the High-Speed Railway Co., Ltd. under the pretext of improving management as the beginning of privatization. They demanded the authorities stop such a move for privatization and ensure the right of workers. |
