Fully supporting the appeal to usher in a prosperity this year which would be recorded as a year of grandiose struggle, a year of sea changes in the nation-building history of Kim Il Sung's nation, the association expressed the determination to render material and moral assistance to the people in the motherland out in the general charge for the prosperity of the country, the statement said, and went on:

The Koreans in China will dynamically turn out in the nation-wide struggle to usher in a new phase of independent reunification, peace and prosperity under the uplifted banner of the three principles of national reunification--independence, peaceful reunification and great national unity--and the historic June 15 joint declaration, true to the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, a peerlessly great man, who is glorifying the immortal feats of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

Any member of the nation, whether he or she lives in the north, the south and abroad, should turn out as one in the efforts to pull through the present grave difficulties, regardless of differences in ideology, system, political view and religious belief.
