Builders from the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the Ministry of Food Procurement and Administration, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Forestry and the General Bureau of Public Service are producing high-quality huminite fertilizer by themselves, while trucking manures from cities to the plateau.

Builder from Pyongyang City have produced a large quantity of soil improvement agents on their own efforts.

Builders from Jagang, Norh Hwanghae, South Phyongan provinces and Nampho City have also overfulfilled the daily assignments for producing and transporting organic fertilizer at over 120 percent.
