At the meeting Pu Yong Uk, chairman of the headquarters, made a report.

A letter to Marshal Kim Jong Un was read out there.

Then followed a lecture.

Han Tong Song, director of the Publicity and Cultural Department of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, gave a lecture on the theme "Let us usher in a new heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan along with the prosperous homeland full of confidence in victory."

He spoke of the stirring reality in the homeland ushering in a great heyday of Juche Korea under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.

He referred to the fact that all Koreans are making dynamic efforts to end the national division, mend the inter-Korean relations and usher in a new phase of independent reunification.

He called on the officials of Chongryon and other Koreans in Osaka to take the lead in the movement for making the 23rd congress of Chongryon a foundation for making a leap forward in the efforts to usher in a new heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan.
