Bird Flu Spreads in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, February 26 (KCNA) -- Bird flu broke out on a chicken farm in Ronsan, South Chungchong Province of south Korea, according to south Korean MBC on Feb. 22. It was reportedly the fourth time that bird flu occurred in the province only. This led to culling tens of thousands of chickens on the farm and other farms near it. Ducks were found dead en masse in Ryongam, South Jolla Province, according to south Korean CBS on Feb. 23. |
