Animals Newly Sent to Central Zoo

| Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- The Central Zoo plays a big role in improving the cultural and emotional life of people and giving them comprehensive knowledge of animals. Recently, more than 50 pet dogs of 21 species and over 400 parrots and guinea pigs of 30 species were sent to the zoo. Among those pet dogs are Dalmatians, Irish setters, bearded collies and schnauzer. The parrots include Red and Green Macaw, Blue and Yellow Macaw and Red Crested Cockatoo. |
