They included a meeting, round-table talks, seminar and book and photo exhibition in Brazil, Pakistan, Iran and Germany from Feb. 10 to 18.

On display at the venues of the events were photos documenting the revolutionary activities of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were works of peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu and books and photos introducing the prospering DPRK.

The chairman of the Brasilia Federal District Committee of the Brazilian Communist Party lauded the immortal exploits Kim Jong Il performed by firmly protecting the dignity and sovereignty of the country and nation and making a great contribution to the accomplishment of the cause of global independence.

The general secretary of the Sind State Committee of the Pakistan Awami National Party said that the great exploits performed by Kim Jong Il on behalf of the country, revolution and progressive humankind would always be recorded in history in golden letters.

The secretary general of the Karachi Branch of the Pakistan－Korea Friendship Association stressed that Kim Jong Il was an outstanding leader, rare thinker and theoretician and tender-hearted father of the people who achieved the single-minded unity of the party, army and people and dynamically promoted the victorious advance of the cause of global independence.

The manager of the Iran－Korea Friendship Magsal Agro-Stock Farm said that Kim Jong Il was a great statesman who devoted his all to the happiness of the people and prosperity of the country and that his undying feats would be always remembered by the Korean people.

Congratulatory messages to Kim Jong Un were adopted at events held in Pakistan and Germany.
