Pyongyang, March 2 (KCNA) -- The full text of supreme leader Kim Jong Un's open letter "To All Voters across the Country" was separately posted by the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea on their websites on February 20.
